Here's my take on the Puetz window: most important dates should be June 26-July 10, or June 29-July 6 to narrow it to calendar dates only. Does NOT predict or guarantee a crash, which is a rare event; merely is a window in which they can occur.

The O'Neill quote was obviously intended to mirror Coolidge's December 1928 address to Congress:
