DJ Icos Corp Files $300M Mixed Securities Shelf >ICOS WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--Icos Corp. (ICOS) filed to offer $300 million of common stock, debt securities and convertible debt securities from time to time. According to a shelf registration statement filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission, net proceeds will be used to fund research and clinical development, to fund commercialization of products and for other general corporate purposes. No underwriters were listed in the filing.
