eppi, Yes it does suck. It sucks so badly that I am sure that AMD will be able to force a licence from CPQ for whetever alphas parts they do not have already. Maybe this is already set in place>
The doj would look very kindly on such a request from AMD to a total concentration in the top end sever market.
