Take a look at this email from Ebay even though I pulled all links or mentions to my web site. This is crazy in that we offer the ring size the customer needs. I believe Ebay is going to cause themselves problems down the road:

Dear davidjewelers (sales@davidjewelers.net),

We appreciate that you chose eBay to list the following item(s):

Cat Ring NR
Item # 1609901089

However, your listing(s) were in violation of eBay's policies. We
would like to take this opportunity to let you know what part of your
listing(s) are not permitted.

Your listing(s) contained the following information:

"All ladies rings we sell on Ebay are sized up to an 8 or down to
whatever sized preferred at no additional charge. All men's rings we sell on
Ebay are sized up to a 12 and down to whatever size preferred at no
additional charge. Sizing above a size 8 or a size 12 for ladies or men's
rings respectively will be quoted upon request."

In these listing(s) you offered multiple sizes as a "choice", allowing
bidders to choose from a selection of items. The description also
indicates an additional fee for rings above a laides size 8 and mens size
12. This is considered fee circumvention and is also not allowed on
eBay.

We realize that you may not have been aware of this policy, but
offering choices in this way is not permitted on eBay, and can cause confusion
among bidders at the auction's end. Although these auctions are in
violation of our listing policies, we will allow
them to run to their scheduled end as a one-time courtesy.

In the single item format, you may list one item or one grouping of
item(s) per auction. In the Dutch auction format, all items must be
identical when placed in the same listing.

In the future, you may list your items in separate auctions, one for
each item, or in separate Dutch auctions for multiples of an identical
item. For example, if you have a quantity of items that only differ in
size or color, you may list a Dutch auction for each item by size or
color.

Please view our guideline page for a better understanding of our
auction guidelines and how they affect the way you list your items:

For information on infringing or illegal items or for information on
other eBay listing guidelines, please view the following URL:

Any future listings that are not in compliance with our Choice
guidelines will be ended early and repeated violations may jeopardize your
account status. We value you as a member of our community and wish to
continue this relationship. Therefore, we respectfully ask that you abide
by eBay's Listing Policies and User Agreement in the future.

We thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Regards,

David G. S. (safeharbor@ebay.com)"
