Of course, patents are always of importance.
However, as V.34 or GSM have proven, a patent on its
own is less interesting thgan a patent + opportunity.

Two questions:
If CAP beats DMT, ehere does that leave the patenet question ?
With DMT, what happenned to TELEBIT ?
