The article dealt with low stock values limiting the ability of companies to use their stock for acquisitions. Nortel's stock price is substantially off of its high, and the stock price of Alcatel is trading at a 52-week low. DO YOU UNDERSTAND NOW?!?! It is clear that you have a difficulty in understanding and comprehending english. Reread the article again and have your cat translate it for you.
