I own lots of ELOT. That's the reason I wrote or called 4 of my state reps. today to see if they're interested in introducing a bill to approve state lotto ticket sales over the internet or internet casinos. LA. is already one of the ten states with offtrack internet betting.

A lottery expert on the ELOT Private board told me that the lottery providers gets 2.8 to 4.5%. Seems kind of low to me considering their overhead.
