Mr. Pink,

A modest offering to honour Mr. Pink's return: Short TPCS! The exclusive ATT reseller stipulation is void if ATT Wireless merges with a carrier greater than $5 billion. That plus the roaming rates go down next few years, which is main TPCS source of cash. Punishing competition, cost of buildout, large bank debt, and worst of all, major shareholders (JP Morgan) desperate to get out. Similar to TLCP. Thoughts? And is Mr. Pink waiting for the APOLLO/Phoenix lockup expiration?
