The problem with biological warfare is that it's a double edged sword. Unless they can bio-engineer a limited replication rate and life span, they can easily find that virus heading back to roost in their own back yard.

As for cyberwarfare, the US is light years ahead of the competition. After all, we designed the internet, and we run most of the DNS lookup servers. The rest we can readily shut down should it prove necessary.

We're just not light years ahead of defending against it.. :0)

As for mini-missiles... there's nothing to stop that right now. For us, or for the nation that launches them.

And that's what Echelon is all about. Knowing who is doing what, to whom.
