Mike: what do you mean you have video on demand right now? The ability to receive it? What I found surprising was the cost quoted of 1 cent per megabyte to send VOD that would apply to any major content server. If this is accurate, the first 1000 mile cost is as significant a hurdle to widespread VOD as the last mile solution
