kiethcray -none of my business but waxie is a bear. He was right on when the nasdaq was crashing, but I would guess most bear threads were. Waxie's group was caught off guard during last earnings rally. Now he's going back to his call of 1200 nasdaq(during the last month he's been hedging that the nasdaq bottom is in)-if it hits you'll never hear the end of it,if it doesn't he'll blame the 3 trillion dollars on the sidelines like he did during the last rally.
I've followed them since last fall and they saved me money on the down side BUT most of their calls lately are horrible. (they called FCEL long at $70presplit,short QLGC at 53 etc) If one of their calls work they scream about it,when they don't they say use stops.
Now you'll probably say it's sour grapes, that would be wrong I don't trade their picks. I do follow his service as I do probably 1/2 dozen others. Just pointing out that factually Waxies group lately is batting about 10%. He's a perma bear who likes to call himself a trader who rules the market-which is cool but not reality.
imho-I think he's fat and happy but I wouldn't go near their picks, they lack creativity.
