Man Dalin, I feel for you. I only have a 17' Bass Pro, but I know how expensive it can get if the shear pin doesn't work like it's suppose to. So far I've been lucky, but I've seen & towed others back to the dock who weren't.

Once, I ended up towing two boats at one time. The first dude lost his prop & possibly more damage (as he said his engine kept running after he grounded it on a rocky point). He called for help & the boat that came to get him ran out of gas on the way back. We looked like a short boat circus weaving our way back to the dock :-
I'm really careful when I go out now, particularly on the Ohio. A couple of weeks ago, JW & I were out & there was an alert on the Ohio. The river was really high & there was a ton of debris everywhere. We mostly just putted along, but when I did get up on plane on the clearer spots, I was weaving like crazy. It's not as much fun cruising under those conditions. Still beats sitting at home wishing I was out there though.

Hope the repairs aren't expensive & you get it back soon.
