We are now getting continued roll out of revenue producing contracts. What is interesting about the E-school venture with McGraw Hill is that it places ACTV at the forefront of President Bush's initiative to improve public education. We should start to attract new investor attention as is usually the case with companies that get involved with cash flows from Federal Government initiatives.

What is it worth in cash flow? The Alabama E-school contract is worth $4.7M and it is only one small state . We will start with California and then roll out in other states. Must be worth several million dollars per state (assume we are proving very similar services/technologies as in Alabama) as a very rough guesstimate. So we must be looking at some very decent revenue growth numbers going into next year.

Our investment in ICTV has also added another interactive cable service. St. Joseph Cablevision in MO (NPG owned) has added 26,000 interactive cable subscribers (NPG cable has 125,000 subscribers so room for more growth). They found that adding basic internet interactivity/email added $18 per cable subsciber/per month to revenues with very little expenditure on the part of the operator.

ABN AMBRO commenting on the change in management made a very interesting comment about Samuels. Said he will concentrate on (among other things) discussions with Disney to settle the litigation. This comment is very interesting (am an ex-attorney from Australia). You do not have senior management allowing this type of commentary/actions to get into the public domain if you do not have a strong case. All litigators start out with a full brief of their case (stating strong and weak legal positions of their case) IMHO this is indicating a reason to enter into serious discussions within the context of the cut and thrust of legal filings. These things take time. Interesting that Disney had a major resignation within their ranks of a senior manager intimately involved in this issue. IMHO this indicates good traction on the strength of our case.
