Stocks have certain time frame to collapse in a bear market. Once that time is over, they go up. Sort of inverse to a bull market. So, for this bear market to continue, stocks must fall now. hui tracks broader market to a certain extent (only it does not fall as much when the broader market falls, and rises much more when the broader market rises).
