I understand why you think people should be able to compel other people to live by your morality (people all over the globe believe that about various and sundry issues) - it just strikes me as a bit self righteous and twit like.

I think people should be compeled not to do any number of things. For example I would impose my moral ideas against armed robbery or murder on other people if I can, even if they think such things are perfectly morally acceptable. I don't think most moral ideas should be enforced by the government but I view abortion as a human rights abuse.

If Uncle Sam wants to police wombs and vaginas he can bloody well grow one of his own and guard that, and that goes for you too.

I'm perfectly happy to say you should be able to do what you want with your womb and vagina as long as it doesn't affect anyone who has not consented to be affected.
