Netscape 6 leaves mess on HD when removed from system

Hi Mark,

I've got a friend, see.... <g> and she's got a problem with some remnant rogue Netscape 6 code that wasn't removed from her box when she went through the "Remove" Program process. The problem is that she's now using IE 5.5 for browsing and email, and when she tries to save email attachments to disc, she gets an error message in Outlook regarding a problem with Netscape 6.0. Do you, or anyone happen to know what all we need to delete from the registry, etc. to finally drive a spike through this virus called Netscape 6.0?

[[Note: I looked at your post to which this is a response and didn't see our exact issue addressed, pardon me if didn't do enough research into the matter, but I'm hoping someone has an "off the top of the noggin'" URL or solution page to point us to. Garcias. ]]

Best, Ray
