Are the Varian (VSEA & VAR), Susan B. Felch & George Zdasiuk SLAPP plaintiffs the FIRST IN THE WORLD to have their videotaped depositions, including those of their CEO's, available on the World Wide Web? I doubt there are other companies vying for this position.
