Everyone probably already knows that Vitech has established
a relationship with Intel -- both for the use of the Intel
Inside trademark and the $3 million credit facility. But
what really gets me excited is the following statement by
Intel's representative:

``We are very happy with this new relationship,'' explained Osnir Gracia, Intel's OEM sales manager in Brazil. ``We believe that Bahiatech has excellent potential to meet the increasing Brazilian PC market requirements.'' Intel's representatives have visited Vitech's manufacturing facility located in the rural area of Ilheus, Bahia,
Brazil. ``Located in Ilheus, the company will undoubtedly contribute to the growth of this region's market segment,'' Gracia concluded.

This is a vote of confidence in the quality of both Vitech's
products and its management. Great news indeed! Vitech's biggest
problems stock-wise have been obscurity and a lack of understanding on Wall Street. With this company's
low multiple, there is room for some great expansion above. Today
represents a breakout from a cup/handle formation.

Good Investing!
