Sorry, I don't know who the underwriter is. I Don't know much at all about this stock, I was looking at the thread to see what other investors thought of it. I haven't yet taken a position. Thought people might like to know about my other experience in this sort if situation. Good luck with this one, I might get in if it goes under 10. Jack
