This message is actually directed to anyone. Is anyone concerned about the convertible preferred shares overhanging DRMD. There seem to be 3,000,000+ shares out there convertible at < 6$ a share. Quite often these guys will short a stock they own convertibles in, then use the convertible shares to cover their short position. When the stock dropped late yesterday afternoon on heavy volume in the last hour I'm afraid this is what was happening.
