Look back at TXCC. They warned and the stock stayed above $10-12 for a week or so, then fell to $7/share.

We could very easily see the same thing with AMCC although TXCC's revenue decline was much more severe than AMCC's.

I wouldn't say this is a no brainer short, so keep a close eye on it.
