BY the way.......I am also against capital punishment. But are you against the death "penalty"? Interesting how if you kill someone who is trying to kill you they call it.........."Justifiable" homicide....imagine that. So if the capital punishment or death penalty is carried out in the course of the attempted crime it's OK, but the same thing should not happen after a "successful" crime. Is that a paradox to you too?
