I just don't understand the lack of respect shown individual posters and the thread. Please dissect ideas rather than attacking individuals. He never worked at AMD, where "Respect for people -- honoring their rights as individuals -- is the cornerstone of our culture. We respect individual differences and diversity as qualities that enhance our efforts as a team. We believe in treating each other fairly. Fairness is based on what is right, not who is right." amd.com Instead, he grew up in the Intel culture, in which for thirty years Andy Grove was the management ramrod that made the Intel machine run by confrontational management including screaming at people. (And the machine doesn't hit on all cylinders anymore.)
