another quick thought on going the cleansweep route....

if your friend elects to follow this course, she will have to make sure that cleansweep (the uninstaller program) is set to monitor all installs.

that way, cleansweep is on the job, clipboard in hand, taking full and complete inventory of all netscape6.0 files as they come onboard. cleansweep sees exactly where everything goes.

then, after having monitored the install of netscape6.0, cleansweep becomes the best man for the job when asked to remove every trace from every nook and cranny.

you'd like to think the windows uninstaller does this, but unfortunately, it often does not.
