Kirk, pardon me for stating this (since you didn't ask me) but sfam said among other things that it's selling its buildings and leasing them back to raise cash to spend when they have to accelerate production (coming out of this downturn)....They said alot of other things also but I was laughing so hard because the ceo kept using phrases such as "uniquely positioned" and "successful". I almost unloaded in my pants.
