T, do they have special intro training in arrogance when you sign on at Intel? Alpha was a good piece of work. Itanic has been in trouble right from the start. The fact that Intel can strong-arm everybody into standardizing on such a dubious piece of work that hasn't shown itself to be worth much of anything says something, but not about the quality of Intel engineering.
