well, not exactly from what i see. however, they could have paid some up front fees to get them on the books for the 4th qtr and off the books for 1st qtr. id unload as much neg stuff on that qtr as i could, anything and everything that LEGITIMATELY could be taken id have taken then. might even have made it a priority, even above accounts receivable for the last few days of the qtr. if you get my drift. that qtr does not add up with previous qtrs of profit. if you are concerned about it. hit the financials hard. my guess is... there is more outflow and less inflow in some area of the financials that will differ from the other qtrs. btw, dont forget. no attorneys fees in this qtr for the first time in quite a while. lawsuit gone. jmo. tk2k
