I repeat what I stated in my previous post

You should want as much as possible covered by privilege when it comes to discovery...
I am not trying prevent anyone from providing information..but I think they should be providing it to the law firm and not you for everyone's protection...unless the law firm is willing to deem you a representative

I also think you should disclose to people that any correspondence with you may be subject to discovery. They may not understand that "your word" doesn't protect them in a lawsuit.

I fully believe given the magnitude of this case and all possible problems etc...people should be communicating under privilege.
