Allen, have you read the latest notice of AGM.

Requesting to increased authorised no of shares from 25mil to 75mil.

WIND states this will allow them to;
1) buy other companies.
2) use a poison pill if needed if there is a hostile takeover
attempt.

I think this is a good thing, your thoughts?
