You stated the following:

1. I am bankrupt
2. my company is bankrupt
3. that I have been served with a restraining order by you and your company
4. that my company was involved in illegal schemes

These are all deliberately malicious and libelous statements designed to damage my reputation. Not one of them is true. This has been brought to the attention of Counsel.
