Statute of Limitations

I have been asked to inform you all on this matter. In cases of securities fraud, the statute of limitations is four years. However, the four years are recorded only beginning from such time that you could be reasonably expected to have learned of the fraud in question. In addition, brokerage firms are required to maintain records of your transactions for seven years.
