Gee, sure SOUNDS like easy money, doesn't it? Just force the shorts to cover and sell right into them, no muss, no fuss. Wonder why every company doesn't do that just before running a secondary or their window for insider sales opens?

Could it possibly be that maybe, just maybe, it isn't quite as easy as all that? Could it be that Greenberg wasn't blowing smoke when he said today that the proxy still has to pass SEC muster and that somebody there just might be picky enough to insist on a legitimate business reason for forcing this exchange? Inquiring minds want to know.
