I don't know why in the hell everyone is being so secretive about the name of the firm but I haven't asked for permission to disclose it and feel weird concerning how secretive everyone has been. I am going to have to ask the firm if they required parties to be silent. It is almost as if Olivier Asser wants to control the class. I don't believe he has been made a class representative...maybe that is what he is going for and why he won't tell. Maybe there is some reason for all this secrecy. I guess I will have to find out. Until I know the reason for this big deep secret I guess I won't divulge it even though I would much rather have people directly contact the law firm so that communication falls under the privilege exception. Just think about some of Tim Luke's posts. Do a search with your favorite search engine. You will find it pretty quickly.It took someone I know under 5 minutes to find it
