'Prudential investment'
If you read back a few messages, there is a statement from someone, that looks good to me, though I'm not an expert in these things, that says that in fact Prudential is NOT investing in DWSC. Instead, these are shares owned by people using Prudential as their broker, who are leaving Prudential to hold the stock certificates.
