CWQ has other irons in the fire one being Coleman Tx. Now that Empire Energy is the operator of this project and the merger with Commonwealth is out of the way we should be see some advancement in this field.

RE: CWQ position in Texas.

I did a quick run down on the Coleman Warren/Thurmond #2 well, using the No,s from Commonwealth NR,and my query to CWQ.

My calculations of CF after payout.

700,000 CFGD x 4.65us MCF = $3,255.00
98.6 BOD x 26.00us BBL = $2,563.60
TOTAL = $5,818.60 per day x 365 =
or $2,123,789.00 annually @ 5% W.I. $106,189.45 per annum . too CWQ.
Currently 2 wells in production =x2 . Projected capacity for 10 to 12 wells.
NOT TO SHABBY I'd say, adds to the btm line.
