CoMC,
What does this mean?
"I am leading a major lawsuit against"
Were you personally wronged by one of these daytrading "instant execution" brokerage firms? Are you part of the class that would be suing? or just an interested party?

Will you receive any compensation beyond any settlement reached?

Basically, what I am asking is "what is in this for you?"

The reason that I am asking these questions is that your response to Leeza seems a bit incongruous. I didn't take her messages to you to be at all in the vein of discouraging people from joining the action, just that they should be careful not to divulge information in such a way that would harm them, or the case.

I can't think of any reason why you wouldn't want people to give the information directly to the law firm. That is, unless there is some benefit to you personally to have them go through you or if the law firm has not yet accepted the case and is waiting to see if there are enough interested parties to proceed.

Can you help clarify this?

(BTW: the answers to your questions are "no" and "no".)
