But first you have to decide that a clump of cells is "anyone"- let's not beg the question- you've decided they ARE anyone, and I say they are not. I don't consider it anyone. I consider a potential life, to be just that, potential and nothing more. I can't see giving something that doesn't exist NOW any rights. But I'm like that about things. I want things to be real. If they aren't real, I don't really care about them. Viable fetuses I've more of a problem with- personally. But since there are too many people (imo) and way too many people I don't like, abortion seems to be a very small, and inconsequential problem, to me.

Muder harms real people who have independent and authentic personhood. One does not need to debate the personhood of a stand alone human life in being.
