What is REALLY hard is the number of small businesses who can't get the same rates (and coverage) as larger companies/UNIONS/GOVERNMENT agencies do....(insurance companies say "not large enough risk pool"..... That is exactly the problem that the Clinton healthcare plan proposed solving with state-sponsored pools, so that even individuals could buy insurance at group rates. Did you ever read the proposal? or did you just listen to Harry and Louise ads?
