Report from Coastal Maine- Still an absolute buying frenzy here with very little inventory and most sales at or near the ask. It's all out of state money that has sold for big bucks and is looking for a place to retire. Many local people are making a killing selling their homesteads to these folks. I don't know how much bigger the bubble can get but I've been saying that for 5 years now! Geo.
