Neff has liked homebuilder's for a while. He was featured in Barrons in mid to late January of 2000 and cited his favorites (Wash mutual, Toll and Horton amonge winners)back then. Here's a folio of what his picks were (I dated this 1/24/00) from the 1/22/00 issue of Barrons quote.yahoo.com His timming on Horton and Toll Bros. was quite good. Looks like the easy money has been made in this sector with Horton up 102% and Toll up 117% since Neff's mention. Buying now is like picking up day old bread.....can't be sure of the shelf life. Tim Luke posted a interesting series of posts with "Jenna" about Infospace.....weird! Claimes to have bought 20k of infospace and 6 hours later admidts not. BR, mad2
