I'm not aware of an EMS Provider specializing in military/aerospace. Plexus does some medical manufacturing for GE Medical and Siemens.

When the economy picks up, my favorites would be Flextronics followed by Celestica. The big will get bigger and the second tier will get cobbled up or disappear.

I don't care for Solectron generally because they treat their suppliers poorly and longer term, they are going to pay a price for it.
