It seems as if the story is not over yet with LWIRA. Malone created LWIRA so that he can send all his programming through his own post-prod group (which, at this rate, will be the only major one left) and perhaps create a lock on this market.

IMO, Malone will let LPAC wither away since he did not buy it back when he went on his shopping spree.
