John:

I can't paste info because I do not have AOL on this computer. However, I will describe for you what has transpired on the AOL board. Essentially the board began ~2 months ago when someone read that TELETEK was a possible turnaround and had struck a deal with Monsanto worth ~20 million. Teletek, as you know, owns and operates telephone switching devices which allow them to provide customers with low cost telephone service. In TELETEK's case, the CEO Tom Mills has had a long track record in the tlelcommunications industry and apparently was able to use these connection to secure deals with lagre companies like Monsanto. The earnings of $.28/share are the estimates generated by the AOL board based on ~6 million shares outstanding and expected earnings ~2 million. Teletek has no major debt and is expecting to set up a second switch in 1996. This is almost pure porfit for TELETEK at this point in time. The major battle waged on the AOL board was whether they will make their anticipated earnings.
