No co-op buyout in the NR!!!

"-- Contract rights covering the initial 5,000 acres in Cangalli, Bolivia, which the company has
explored for the past five years, were held in Eagle Mining of Bolivia Ltd. ("Eagle Mining"), which
is 84 percent owned by GEII."

Seems to me that they were able to rid themselves of the minority shares in Eagle Mining
owned by the ex-manager (Rene Velasques??) and/or his wife.

If Kevin was sincere about helping this company then he would put up the money right now,
announce same, and buy out every co-op member. If it was an all or nothing deal it would take
a few weeks but I believe that the community would put extreme pressure on any holdouts and
the deal would be done!!

Another option would be for the co-op to remain in existence but to have it sell the property rights to GE. It would take a vote at a General Assembly of the co-op and the deal would be done.

This NR is just a bunch of paper shuffling that neither helps nor hinders the ability to move
forward.

WHERE IS THE MONEY KEVIN????

My Opinions of course!!
