I don't think they're against free trade, but they probably voted against rattle trap Mexican trucks that wouldn't pass the most cursory of safety inspections. The drivers probably should be able to read our road signs, too.

So I would guess you would say that GW. Bush cares more about free trade than he does about rattle trap Mexican truck that wouldn't pass the most cursory of safety inspections.
