I agree with you after mulling it over a bit. I think the Fed only cuts 25 since the market has conditioned itself to accept it. That way he can save the other 25 for options expiration week and cut it again then. We all know how much Greenspan hates shorts and loves to cut on expiration week. No I am not kidding.
