[ Canadian CRTC Co-Location Ruling ]

The CRTC has today ruled in favour of co-location in Telco offices, even if Telco facilities are not being used. It follows an earlier ruling on 'unbundling' of facilities, allowing competitors access to local loops, central office space, etc. on a cost plus mark-up basis.

This may indicate the direction of future US rulings.
