Justin, what if you guys were more than 85 miles away? What if you were 2000 miles away? What's the big deal, anyway? Nothing special to me--I know Dell (for example) will ship me a new part which will be at my door the next morning--and within the first year, a techie will come by to install it (unless I say not to).
