You misunderstand. That still wouldn't make it absolutely someone, or morally someone. It would only make it legally someone. You cannot prove, or disprove, whether or not someone is absolutely someone or not, or whether a fetus is absolutely someone or not. It is a matter for belief, and speculation, and for people to fight over in silly places like this. What the law "should" be? LOL That is the question isn't it? Your should, my should, Karen's should- all different. All that really matters is the general should. IMO You can try to change the general "should" but as for there being any objective "should" I've been round that mulberry bush a million times. I see absolutely no evidence for hard and fast objective morality for humans. None. Zip. Zilch.
