Sergio:

Check the recent news on ICA.

A couple of weeks ago they announced that they had bought back $75 million dollars of its $150 million bonds issued in 1996.

This week on Monday, they announced that its unit ICA Fluor Daniel received a $158.5 million contract from U.S. power company Sempra Energy to build a power plant in Mexicali.

They are selling around 0.25 of book and 0.21 of sales and of course way off from the $34.50 they traded in February 1994.<g>

I think the risk/reward is low at present levels.
